Yes. YourCare360 is available in all 50 states. 

 

Is YourCare360’s caregiver support service available 24/7?

Yes. You have unlimited access to a comprehensive range of resources at any time. This includes self-service tools, educational resources, long-term care cost calculators, health assessments, and caregiving guides, and more that you may utilize at your convenience. For personalized assistance, our Care Team is available during standard business hours to support you.

 

How much does YC360 cost?

YourCare360 is available at no cost to employees and their families through participating employers and organizations. Extended services offered through our trusted preferred partners may come with a cost, and if you choose one of these options, payment is made directly to the preferred partner.

 

Can I extend YourCare360 benefits to my family?

Yes. YourCare360 is available to employees of a participating employer and their families. 

 

My employer doesn’t provide YourCare360. How can I access the service?

We can help you contact your employer to discuss the possibility of offering YourCare360 as an employee benefit. Simply email us at wecare@yourcare360.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page, and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

 

Account & Portability

 

Can I keep my YourCare360 benefits if I leave my current employer?

Absolutely! If you change or leave your job, you can continue to access caregiver support resources and maintain your insurance coverage at the same premium.

 

How do I get support if I’m having problems logging in?

Will my employer know if I request caregiver support?

No.  All interactions are kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is fully protected, with no identifying details shared with your employer.

Absolutely! We understand the stress that comes with caring for a loved one, which is why caregiver support services are available to you regardless of whether you enroll in an insurance product.
